Educational Program
There are two tracks you can follow and you are encouraged to do both as a Toastmasters member – The Communication track and the Leadership track. Upon joining Toastmasters, you will receive a welcome kit containing materials including your Competent Communicator manual containing 10 speech projects, as well as the Competent Leader manual that contains several multi-faceted projects that will help you learn better listening skills, better evaluating skills, better motivating skills, better time management skills, better planning, organizing and delegating skills, not to mention better speaking skills!
