Toastmasters International is now providing some of its content online to help cut costs at Toastmasters International as well as for clubs.

You can get most of the club manuals for free. Pull up the manual that you are interested in (even if it is showing a price). Then look in the Description area and if it is available as a free download, you will see “Also available as a PDF.” Click on the PDF and it will open.
