We are now accepting applications to present during one of the Educational Sessions at the District 6 Spring Convention. The convention this year is at the Ramada Plaza Minneapolis on April 29 & 30. Our overall theme for this event is Renaissance, with the tag line, “Renew Your Passion.” educational sessions should FOCUS on renewing passion for communication and leadership skills and expanding the Toastmaster experience in District 6. If you have a presentation that has a connection to this focus, we want to hear from you!
There will be two concurrent sessions Saturday afternoon, April 29, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM
Session A: TINA Talks (Teach Inspire Nurture Advocate)
During Session A, 3 presenters will have 10-12 minutes to present “TINA Talks” in succession.
Session B: Workshop, Panel or other innovative format, 45 minutes to present.
The priority for session B topics will be given to Member and Club Success topics, such as “New Member Orientation: Setting the Stage for Success.”
We welcome proposals from up-and-coming speakers as well as highly experienced ones. Proposals MUST be submitted in the format below. All sections of the Application to Present must be completed for your proposal to be considered. Additionally, do not exceed 200 words in the description section of the form.
