If you combine having a fun, dynamic meeting with “winning members” enjoying the program, you can build membership in a planned program with Lance’s 6 suggestions:
1. Go for the “Low-Hanging Fruit” (put a sign out, have a web presence, make sure info is correct for “find a club” on TI’s site, put guests on your email list)
2. Create 4 X 6 cards to promote your club in the geographical area and to your friends and associates
3. Have a specialty meeting every other month and invite guests (6 per year).
4. Have a social event outside the club every other month and invite guests (6 per year)
5. Conduct 2-3 Speechcrafts per year (outside of club meeting time)
6. Speak in the community
