The Divisional Contests, the International Speech Contest and the Evaluations Contest will be held at UCare in SE Minneapolis, only 5-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

o The site will open to the public at 5:15 PM with refreshments being available by 5:30 PM.
Contestants and officials (judges, ballot counters, timers and others) should be on-site before their briefings, which will begin promptly at 5:45 PM.

o The contests will begin promptly at 6:15 PM. All participants and guests should arrive no later than this time due to building security.

o Volunteers are being sought to fill roles of Registration Manager, Sergeant-At-Arms, Ballot Counters, Contest Judges and other roles. If you are a current member of Toastmasters International and are willing to assist us in conducting a successful and meaningful contest, please contact the contest chair, Kent L Hawks, using the email address: kent.toastmaster@gmail.com .

o Light dinner will be provided (asking a suggested donation ).

o Parking is FREE.
