I’m pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming remote Talent Show/Speech-A-Thon, as either a speaker, a talent, an evaluator, timer or audience member.

When
On Saturday, June 20, 2020, from 9 AM to 3 PM Central Standard Time by Zoom.

What
I’m hosting a remove Talent Show/Toastmasters Speech-A-Thon through Zoom. Once all of the participants have signed up (sign up date ends on Monday, June 15th at noon); a separate email with the Zoom link will be sent out to those who wish to participate or watch as an audience member.

Who can participate?
This will be open to adults and children, toastmasters and non-toastmasters.

Why
This speech-a-thon is to provide an avenue for those toastmasters who need to give a speech or presentation that is longer in length and which may be difficult to hold during a normal toastmasters meeting. It is also for toastmasters who are trying to complete a manual or pathway by the end of the Toastmaster year (June 30).

For non-toastmasters , this is an avenue to share one of your talents. Talents can range from a song, poem, picture, sculpture, bookkeeping tips, money saving tips, sharing a story in a foreign language or performing a dance to name just a few things. In naming those few things you can see that you may have a talent that someone else can learn from or be entertained by. Please share your talents with us. We are surrounded by good and talented people and this is a way to share that.

How you participate:
Click on the link below to sign-up. You must be signed up by Monday, June 15th at noon, as either talent, speaker or audience. An email with the agenda and a link to the Zoom meeting will be sent out to everyone who signs up. The meeting will be run in the order shown on the sign-up sheet, and Your introduction will be taken directly from the sign-up sheet.
