The 2012 Spring Convention was held at the Ramada Plaza in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Friday and Saturday, April 20 & 21 with the theme of "The Many Facets of Toastmasters".
Attendees “Came Out of Their Shell” on Friday night with the Table Topics contest followed by a beach-themed party! People came dressed in their favorite beach attire! On Saturday, honored our fellow members at the breakfast awards program. We “Planted the Seeds for Future Growth” at our educational sessions, the Communication & Leadership award luncheon, and the business meeting. We “Celebrated Excellence” at the evening Gala and International Speech Contest.
