As of March 1, 2015, the Hiawatha Valley Toastmasters Club #205 has turned 50! They are celebrating all year long. Please join them and congratulate them on this wonderful milestone. You will find them celebrating outside the club at the following events:
- Proclamation by Red Wing Mayor Dan Bender
- Displays at the Southern Division Contest (April 25th) and the D6 District Conference (May 1st & 2nd)
- Mississippi River boat cruise (mid-May or in June) 1-2 hours – celebrating our anniversary with fellow Toastmasters, Past Toastmasters, family, and friends
- Entry in the Red Wing River City Days Parade (Sunday, August 2nd) – anticipating inviting other clubs from surrounding areas to participate in a “Parade of Banners” (as part of our entry).
They have dubbed their celebration as “The Year of Sarah” to remind all of us of long time Toastmaster, Sarah Schuck’s years of dedication to the Hiawatha Valley Toastmasters.
