Recently we have received several inquiries through the Contact form regarding incorrect club information in our Find a Club listing, such as an error in a Club’s website URL, meeting information, etc. We have even been contacted on things like contact email or phone or website address changes. This information comes from the Toastmasters International website, so please verify your information there as we don’t have access to change it.
Here are the steps to update your club’s information:
1. Go to the Toastmasters International website.
2. Go to “members” (in menu) and login.
3. Login with your user ID and password (Note: For those who used to use the Club ID to login, these are no longer valid).
4. Click “club central” in the left hand side menu
5. Select your club
6. Under club business, select “update my club meeting information”
7. Update the website URL on that page or any other information and then click “update”.
Once you have updated your information at TI, please allow a reasonable amount of time (at least two days) for our site to display the most updated information.
