Because we fall into thinking traps when dealing with push button adversities, this session begins reviewing the belief-consequence (B-C) connection. With this knowledge, we’ll review the 8 major thinking traps people fall into, identify the two or three thinking traps you use most often, and practice techniques to avoid them.

A great deal of time in offices is spent in meetings. Unless planned and conducted well, these meetings can be huge drain of resources and interest.
