Position Description:
The Club Growth Team is looking for Toastmasters who are interested in assisting during our prospective club demonstration meetings. These meetings will happen online via Zoom and/or in person. As a member of the Demo Team, you will be asked to serve in one of the following roles: Toastmaster, speaker, evaluator, table topics master, or timer. You will serve as an ambassador of District 6 to help show the prospective members, companies, and organizations how a Toastmasters meeting is run and to help promote the value of being a Toastmaster.
Demo meetings can be arranged on any day of the week and at various times based on the availability of the prospective club members schedules. As a Demo Team member, you will receive an email from the Club Growth team when an opportunity arises and invited to sign up if your schedule allows.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be prepared for your role and professional at the Demo meeting.
- Instill enthusiasm about Toastmasters at the demonstration meeting.
- Attend District 6 Demo Team Training.
Position Requirements:
- Be a paid member in good standing with Toastmasters International.
