New Club Builder Kit – District 6 TM

I’m super excited to finally get this New Club Builder Kit out to you! I’ve split the documents into 5 groups. The first group is to explain the kit and the process. The second is what you send to a “qualified lead”, someone whom you’ve contacted, they’ve shown interest in starting a club, and they are now looking for next steps. This will give them an idea of the process of building a club. The unnumbered group is promotional TI materials to be used in both 2 & 3, although they needn’t be sent twice. The third group are documents to aid in building the club to charter strength (a minimum of 20 members). The fourth group is the actual charter paperwork, all of which needs to be filled out and sent to TI, accompanied by payments. If you feel most comfortable with sending them to the Club Growth Director to look over and then send in, that’s a great option.

Please download the materials, review them, then go out and build clubs! While building a new club may seem a little scary, focus on going out and serving new members by creating a club for them to meet in. Don’t try this alone, get a group of Toastmasters together, identify a few opportunities to start a club, then put the process to work. This tends to be a numbers game, so don’t become discouraged. There are organizations and communities searching for the solution that you have. Share it with them!
