Please send your RSVP to jamie.l.ogborn@ampf.com by Friday, October 4, 2019.  HealthPartners requires (in advance) a list of attendees to gain access to this secure facility.  If you miss the deadline to RSVP, please come anyways.  Please bring your driver’s license and be able to confirm the make/model/color of your car.
