For 2015-16 toastmaster year, we divided all the clubs into 3 categories as follows:
Group A: Clubs with <12 members as of July 1, 2015
Group B: Clubs with 12-19 members as of July 1, 2015
Group C: Clubs with 20+ members as of July 1, 2015
This way all clubs had a fair opportunity to compete.
