All members of District Council are invited to vote during the business meeting. Please register through conference registration & indicate your officer position. You will get unique voting links during the business.
Members of District Council: Club President, Club VPE, Members of District Executive Committee. Clubs must be in good standing as of May 8, 2020.
Note: As per the bylaws for virtual District Council meeting, no proxies are allowed during voting. Members holding multiple voting positions across clubs are entitled to a maximum of two votes.

Floor Nominations for 2020-2021 invalid district leader positions are now closed.
All Qualified candidates are invited for the following “invalid” positions on nominations committee report. The application must be submitted to District Director Ravi Rai by 10:30 AM, May 2, 2020 (seven days prior to election).
- District Director
- Club Growth Director
- Division D Director
- Division N Director (proposed)
Since the Nominations report was submitted on March 28, The District leadership committee can no longer evaluate candidates running for 2020-2021 District 6 officer positions. A candidate planning to run from the floor for any invalid positions should write to District Director Ravi Rai.

Information from Toastmasters International (April 6, 2020)
- All floor candidates are required to declare their intent to run for election at least one (1) week (7 days) before the meeting for any and all positions they are considering running for, regardless of the validity of the DLC report.
- If a position is invalid, all qualified candidates for that position must declare their intent to run as a floor candidate seven (7) days prior to the election. For example, if the required number of candidate(s) is not nominated, that position of the report is invalid. Therefore, any qualified candidate may run from the floor.
- No nominations from the floor will be allowed during the council meeting.
